Mohan has 35 years of work experience as a leader, coach, consultant, trainer and teacher. As a skilful practitioner of management, Mohan assists his clients in effectively executing their strategies by blending practice with concepts backed by deep industry experience and academic involvement. He works extensively in organisational transformation, leadership development, Executive Coaching and performance enhancement initiatives. In addition to his consulting work, he works closely with global Universities in India to expand their scale.

Prior to consulting practice, Mohan delivered business-driven HR strategy at global, regional and national levels across industry verticals and types of organisations namely ITC Limited, Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Airtel, EXL Service and Max Group in India, Middle East, Singapore, South East Asia, Africa and China. In the last ten years of his corporate career, he worked with Promoters & Boards and has been in the midst of building scale globally, raising capital and in managing complexity.
