Who we are?

The metaphor of Crossing the Rubicon comes from Roman history. On 11th January, 49 BC, Julius Caesar had decided to cross the river Rubicon. With the words ‘Aleaiacta est’ (the die is cast), he had taken the resolution to return with his legions to Rome. That meant war – once he crossed into the Roman heartland across the Rubicon, there was no alternative. There was no way back.

“When people move from ‘I would like to’ to ‘I shall’, they cross their personal Rubicon. After that crossing, there is no more hesitation, no more intellectual weighing up of alternatives and no way back.”

Started as a thought, developed in to a dream and brought into reality

Moving out from the comfortable corridors of the corporate and stepping in to the world of Entrepreneurship, things were not only exciting but also challenging.

The founders crossed their personal Rubicon to bring to reality Rubicon Learning Systems in the year 2002.

With a humble beginning, the journey so far has been exciting. Since its inception Rubicon has indeed come a long way. Has moved from strength to strength by adding capabilities and aligning Learning and Development interventions to the Business and Organization needs. In this brief period Rubicon team has interacted with a large number of Business Leaders, Managers and Executives from the Corporate world.

In its endeavor to continually offer contemporary work, Rubicon Learning Systems in the Year 2006, partnered with RvaluE Consulting to set up a joint venture RvaluE Learning Systems. RvaluE offers various programs under ‘Energy for Performance’ suite in collaboration with Human Performance Institute, Orlando, Fl.USA.

Effective January 2008 Rubicon Learning Systems also acquired License from Business Today International (UK) to offer their Board Based Simulation Programs in India. And the journey continues …
