Shailaja Ranjan Raj brings with him a varied corporate experience along with a strong, interpersonal, and human relations aptitude. He has evolved himself as a HR professional by being immensely involved with numerous projects in the Areas of Human Resources in Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering as well as IT industry where he has had the longest stint.

He has been proactively supporting, educating & training, and empowering executives. To name a few, he has worked with Escorts (Ford Tractors), Blue Star, Mahaan Foods, Steria, Keenes India, Network Programs India and Rubicon Learning Systems. In Braahmam Net Solutions he headed the Soft Skills and HR e-learning Division.

He has led and supported HR Consulting Assignments for both mid-size and large size organisation like Schleicher India, Sukam Power System, Controls and Switchgears, Godfrey Philips, Tata Tele Services, Best Koki Automotive Limited and Tata Bhushan Steels Limited. 

Shailaja is a Learning Partner with several small–midsized companies in almost all Industries. His flagship interventions have been in the  areas of Behavioural Skills and Soft Skills Training, Culture Building Workshops (Values and Work Attitude), working with Public Sector Undertakings, and the Development Sector.

Shailaja is a Certified Trainer from NIS Sparta, Certified Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International, and empanelled Trainer/ Consultant with TISS and SHRM.
